Far too many Christian women are living lives that do not fully reflect their God-given purpose and identity. Despite having a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, they still struggle with issues of guilt, shame and unforgiveness. Their witness is diminished, and their lives don’t embrace the joy and an abundant life that is promised. Like Joshua, they need to be “Strong and Courageous” in order to inherit their own spiritual promised land.
Mo created this small group study to provide a tool that churches and women’s groups can use to help women break free from the sin and spiritual bondage in their lives through a detailed study of the Book of Joshua.
As a result of going through this study, either as part of a small group, a Sunday school class or on their own, participants will likely experience a deeper sense of forgiveness. Their sense of worth will increase, their boldness to witness will increase, and they will have more joy and experience a more fruitful life. Where they have struggled in the past with negative feelings of guilt and shame, fear and rejection, these strongholds will be broken by the power of the Holy Spirit working through the teaching and insights shared in this course.
